Hevo Support

Hevo integrates with Intercom to offer you “within-the-product” help in the form of Live Chat with our Support team.

Click the chat icon icon at the bottom of the Asset Palette to connect with the Support team to initiate a request or submit a query. You can also scroll through your previous chats.

Live chat widget

This feature is available with the Trial, Starter, and Business plans and also for users whose trial period has expired but who have not subscribed to any plan yet.

For users on Basic plans, live chat support is provided as a complimentary service for only the first 30 days. Subsequently, the following message is displayed:

Users with an Owner role can upgrade the plan at this time to continue to avail the Live Chat feature.
