Switching to Stripe-based Invoicing

You can switch your invoicing from AWS Marketplace back to Stripe at any time. Post this switch, your Hevo team’s account is delinked from your AWS Account ID. All your billing and payment details start to be maintained by Hevo and are visible on the Hevo platform. Any applicable pro-rated refunds or adjustment of credits is handled by your Hevo account executive at this time.

If you have set up payment details in the Hevo platform earlier, you can subscribe to one of the plans to resume Stripe-based invoicing.

To switch from AWS Marketplace to Stripe-based payment:

  1. Reach out to your Hevo account executive or Support team with your request details. Once the account manger/Support team confirms the switch, perform the following steps in the Hevo app:

  2. Click the drop-down next to your username in the User Information Panel.

  3. Click Billing.

  4. Perform the steps in the Set up the Payment Method section to add credit card details and mark the card as the primary payment method.

  5. View the new card details in the Payment Methods section.
