Purchasing On-Demand Events

On This Page

Hevo warns you if you are nearing your Events quota limit or have exceeded it through alerts and email notifications. At that time, you can purchase On-Demand Events in bundles of 1 Million each to meet your processing requirements.

On-Demand Events are charged immediately. The pricing of these Events is calculated based on your current plan and Events quota. Any un-used On-Demand Events are recorded as a credit amount in your account at the end of the billing cycle and are adjusted in the next invoice.

Note: On-Demand Events can be purchased for all the subscription plans.

To purchase On-Demand Events:

  1. In the billing alert displayed in your Hevo interface, click BUY ON DEMAND EVENTS.
  2. In the BUY ON DEMAND EVENTS pop-up dialog, specify the number of On-Demand Events (in million) to buy.

    Purchase On-Demand Events

You can purchase a maximum of 200 million On-Demand Events. Entering a higher value displays the error:

    Exceeded On-Demand Event limit

For continued higher usage than your base plan, we recommend that you upgrade your plan or subscribe to more Events.

  3. Click CONTINUE.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, click CONFIRM.

    Confirm purchase

The On-Demand Events you have purchased are shown in the Plan Details tab:
