Inviting and Moderating Team Members

Hevo allows you to invite, search, and remove team members.

Inviting a Team Member

  1. Click the User Information Panel at the top right corner of the Hevo user interface.

  2. Click Team.

  3. In the TEAM MEMBERS page, enter the member’s email id you would want to invite in the Email Address input box and click Invite.

You will be able to see the email id added to the member’s list in the TEAM MEMBERS page. The invited user will receive an email with the steps to create the account and join your team.


Finding a Team Member

  1. Click the User Information Panel at the top right corner of the Hevo user interface.

  2. Click Team.

  3. In the TEAM MEMBERS page, search for the team member using the Email Address field.

Removing a Team Member

  1. Click the User Information Panel at the top right corner of the Hevo user interface.

  2. Click Team.

  3. In the TEAM MEMBERS page, click the kebab menu (kebab menu) next to the member’s email and click Delete.
