Yes, you can use Models to transform and load data in near real-time. You can schedule the Model to run according to your requirements, with the highest frequency being 5 Mins. Note that a higher frequency might lead to increased Events quota consumption. Alternatively, you can schedule Models to run whenever Events are loaded to a specific table. As that can result in a very high frequency, Hevo runs such Models at the most once per hour. This might not provide you data in real-time. In such cases, you can contact Hevo Support to enable a higher frequency for your Model.
