Error Summary

  • Hevo is unable to read the private key provided for your Destination configured with the Key-Pair authentication method.

Potential Causes

  • The passphrase provided during Destination configuration does not match the passphrase when generating the encrypted private key.

Suggested Action(s)

  • Enter the passphrase that was used to generate the encrypted private key.

  • Alternatively, generate a new private key and public key pair, assign the public key to the database user, and configure the Destination using the new private key.
