Fixes and Improvements

Sources

  • Amplitude Analytics Schema

    • Updated the User object to define three fields, user_id, amplitude_id and device_id as primary keys.
    • Updated the Event object to define the field, uuid also as a primary key.

With these updates, all fields that Amplitude uses to identify unique users are defined as primary keys in Hevo. The schema changes also ensure that Events are not ignored if any of the primary key fields is null. Read Amplitude Analytics.

Transformations

  • Convert Number to String with output format as Plain Text

    • Fixed the display of the String output format, Plain Text. Now, the output is correctly displayed as plain text for Float values of upto 7 digits and Double values of upto 15 digits. For Source data containing values larger than these, we recommend that you use Custom output format.

      Plain text output display
