On-Demand Purchases

Starting Release 2.17, Hevo has stopped supporting the purchase of On-Demand Events. However, you can continue to use any On-Demand Events already bought until they are exhausted.

Hevo’s paid plans via the Hevo website allow you to replicate data from an unlimited number of Sources using an unlimited number of Pipelines. The Events available in your plan are consumed across these Pipelines. In order to prevent the likelihood of disruption of your Pipelines due to Events quota exhaustion, Hevo recommends the following:

  • Setting up On-Demand Credit, which allows you to add credit Events that will be utilized after all Events are exhausted.

  • Upgrading to the Business plan from a Free, Starter, or Professional plan to avail an increased quota of Events.

When you have exhausted your maximum On-Demand Credit limit or are close to exhausting it, Hevo alerts you about the same through email notifications and billing alerts on your Hevo UI. At that time, you can pay and redeem your consumed On-Demand Credit Events to reset the consumed credits to 0 and be able to use credit Events again.

Note:

  • For customers signed up after Oct 31, 2022, the On-Demand Credits consumed across all regions for a workspace are displayed in the Plan Details (under Billing) page.

  • If you are subscribed to a Business plan, choose from Setting up On-Demand Credit or write to billing@hevodata.com for changes to the plan.
