Modifying the Audit Table Configuration

As part of modifying the Audit Table configuration, you can change the Destination where you want to maintain the Audit Tables. You can also modify the frequency at which you want Hevo to load the logs. To do so, access the Audit Tables configuration and perform the following steps:

  1. In the Audit Tables page, click EDIT corresponding to the configured Destination.

    Edit Config

  2. If required, from the Select Destination drop-down, select a different Destination.

Alternatively, you can click + ADD DESTINATION to configure a new Destination. Refer to your respective Destination document for the steps to do this.

    Modify Destination

Hevo automatically loads any future logs to the new Destination. However, any existing logs stored in the earlier Destination are not copied to the new one.

  3. If required, in the Set up Load Schedule section, change the frequency at which you want Hevo to add the logs to the above-selected Destination.

    Select Frequency

Hevo loads any future logs as per the new frequency.

  4. Click SAVE CONFIGURATION.

    Save Config

Deleting the Audit Table Configuration

If you want to stop logging the data for your Pipelines, you can delete the Audit Tables configuration to disable logging. The Audit Tables and the logs already loaded to the Destination remain unaffected when you delete the configuration. However, any logs that are currently being accumulated or loaded to the Destination are dropped.

Note:

  • Configuration once deleted cannot be restored.

  • If you want Hevo to load the logs again as per your desired schedule, you can set up Audit Tables.

Access the Audit Tables configuration and perform the following steps to delete the Audit Table configuration:

  1. In the Audit Tables page, click DELETE corresponding to the configured Destination.

    Delete Config

  2. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click YES, DELETE.
