Error Summary

This error may occur if the Hevo Pipeline is unable to retrieve data from one or more Salesforce objects.

Potential Causes

Hevo is unable to ingest data from your Salesforce account due to an authentication failure, which may occur due to the following reasons:

  • The access or refresh token has expired or been revoked.

  • The Salesforce user linked to the Pipeline is inactive or has been removed.

  • The Salesforce account credentials, such as email or password, were updated, but the account was not reauthorized in the Hevo Pipeline.
