Error Message Text(s) Failed to parse the file. Please re-check the file format or contact support

Potential Causes

  • The Source file Hevo tried to ingest is corrupted or of the wrong format.

Suggested Action(s)

  • Verify that the Source file is of the expected format.

  • Verify that the value of the File Format setting of your Pipeline is of the expected file format. To do this:

    1. In the Pipeline Overview page, click the Settings ( Settings icon ) next to the Source name.

      Click settings icon

    2. In the Edit FTP/SFTP Pipeline connection settings page, ensure that the file is of the expected format.

      Select a file format

    3. Click TEST & SAVE.

  • Contact Hevo Support if you want Hevo to skip the incompatible files.
