Workspaces

Last updated on Jul 02, 2026

A Workspace in Hevo is a dedicated environment with its own Pipelines, Destinations, and users.

Note: Workspaces are available only on the Business Critical plan in Hevo.

Workspaces help Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) manage multiple client environments from a single Hevo account, without needing a separate account for each client.

Each client is assigned their own dedicated Workspace. Users in one Workspace cannot see or access data in other Workspaces. Each client can independently create and manage their Sources, Destinations, and Pipelines within their assigned Workspace. There is no limit on the number of Workspaces that can be created.

Workspace Access and Permissions

To access and manage Workspaces, you must have the Team Administrator role. The permissions available to you depend on whether the role is assigned at the vendor or client level.

Access Level Permissions
Vendor A user with the Team Administrator role at the vendor level has full access across all Workspaces. They can create and manage Workspaces, invite and manage users across all Workspaces, and create and manage Pipelines and Destinations within any Workspace.
Client A user with the Team Administrator role at the client level has full access only within their assigned Workspace. They can invite and manage users, and create and manage Pipelines and Destinations only within their assigned Workspace.
