Familiarizing with the Workspaces UI

When you click Workspaces in the left navigation pane under Team settings, the Workspaces List View is displayed. On this page, you can view the list of Workspaces created by you or your team, filter the results using data controls, and click any Workspace to open it in the Detailed View.

The following sections highlight the main elements of the Workspaces List View and the Detailed View:


Workspaces List View

The following image and table describe the main components of the Workspaces List View.

The following table describes each of these components:

Page Component Title Description
1 Search Bar Search for a Workspace by its:

- Partial or complete name of the Workspace.

- Workspace ID.
2 Data Controls Controls for filtering and sorting the list. The Data Controls, from left to right are:

- Filters: List the Workspaces by their status or name.

- Newest First: Sort and display the list based on the criterion selected from the drop-down. By default, the newest Workspaces are displayed first.

- Refresh: Allows you to view newly created Workspaces that are not yet visible in the UI.
3 + Create Workspace Button Opens the Create Workspace page.
4 Workspaces List Displays all Workspaces you have access to. The list updates based on active filters or search terms.
5 Workspace Summary Provides a brief summary of a Workspace. This includes:

- Workspace Serial ID: The sequential serial number assigned to the Workspace at the time of creation.

- Workspace Name: The name of the Workspace.

- Workspace ID: The unique alphanumeric string generated for the Workspace at the time of creation.

- Status: The status of the Workspace.

Click anywhere in a Workspace Summary row to open the Workspace in the Detailed View. The following image highlights the main components that are displayed and the actions you can perform on the page.

The following table describes each of these components:

Page Component Title Description
1 Workspace Header Displays the Workspace serial number, name, and Workspace ID.
2 Workspace Status Displays the current status of the Workspace.
3 Workspace Details Displays the Client Name and Workspace ID.

To edit the Client Name, click the Edit icon (Edit icon) next to the name. The Workspace ID is auto-generated at creation and cannot be changed.
4 Delete Workspace Permanently deletes the Workspace, including all its Pipelines and users. This action cannot be undone.
