New and Changed Features

Hevo API

  • Destination Configuration Update using Hevo API

Pipelines

  • Modification of Schema Mapping with Auto Mapping Enabled

    • Provided the option to edit the schema mapping for Event Types while Auto Mapping is enabled. You can manually modify the mapping for some or all fields of an Event Type. The status of the Event Type remains unaffected by your changes. This feature is available for all new and existing Pipelines.

      Auto Mapping Schema Edit

Read Modifying Schema Mapping for Event Types.

Sources

  • Auto-detection of MongoDB variant

    • Enabled auto-detection of any MongoDB Atlas connection URI provided during a Generic MongoDB Source configuration. In such a case, Hevo provides you the option to switch to configuring a MongoDB Atlas Source. This feature helps you to avoid any Pipeline setup issues you may face due to the connection URI.

      Switch-to-MongoDB-Atals

  • Custom Ingestion Schedule for AppsFlyer, CleverTap, Freshdesk, and Mixpanel

  • Improved Support for the Campaign Object in Taboola

    • Enhanced the Taboola integration to support version 1.1.3 of the Taboola Backstage API for ingesting data, for both existing and new Pipelines. This enables Hevo to ingest the Campaign object in Taboola without any errors. However, this version of the API does not support the time_zone_name field in the Account object.
  • Support for the Contact List Object in HubSpot

    • Added support for ingesting data from the Contact List object. This feature is applicable to all new Pipelines.

      Read Data Model.

Fixes and Improvements

Destinations

  • Initial Setup Assistance for the PostgreSQL Destination

    • Enhanced the PostgreSQL Destination documentation to help users with the initial setup steps, such as installing the PostgreSQL server, creating a database cluster, and creating the database.

      Read PostgreSQL.
