Account Management

  • Enhanced Billing Support

    • Improved review of customers’ accounts, whereby overdue invoices are monitored and relevant actions are taken by the Sales team.

  • Enhanced JSON Parsing Strategy for Amazon Redshift

    • Changed the parsing strategy for new Pipelines to Replicate JSON fields to JSON columns, to allow the users to query their JSON data directly.

    • Deprecated the following previously available strategies for new Pipelines as users can query their JSON data directly with the new strategy.

      • Replicate JSON fields as JSON strings and array fields to strings

      • Flatten structs and split arrays to new Events

  • Team Member Assistance for Configuring Sources

    • Provided an option to share the side-by-side setup guide with team members and seek their help for configuring the Source if the user does not have permissions on the Source account or database. The team members can also be invited to the user account if not already added.

User Experience

  • Troubleshooting Guides for MS SQL Sources

    • Extended the troubleshooting assistance to include the typical errors faced during configuration of the MS SQL Sources in Pipelines.

Fixes and Improvements


  • Batch API for Fetching Object Association Data

    • Optimized the fetching of object association data through the use of Hubspot’s Batch API, in order to minimize data ingestion latency.
